Cancellations (1)
- If the registration is cancelled within 2 days of the course start date, the full rate will be charged.
- Registrations using an invalid or blank Dealer Registration Number are subject to cancellation and a $100 cancellation fee.
- No refunds for no-shows.
- OnSSI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. OnSSI is not responsible for any additional travel or other costs incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled class.
- Course registrations are typically evaluated 15-20 business days prior to course start date.
- If a course shows under-enrollment, it has a high risk of being cancelled. Please register early to insure a seat.
