As On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI) President and CTO, Gadi Piran has successfully brought the company to its current status as a leader in the IP video surveillance market. Under his leadership the company has developed some of the most advanced physical security products and solutions, and established itself as an industry innovator.

Gadi started his career working for RAD Data Communications, a manufacturer of Data communications and Networking products, in 1985, as VP of Technical Services. In 1992 Gadi moved to Dynetrix Corporation as a Vice President, and served later as its President, heading its deployment of voice compression technologies to world wide telecomm markets (with pre and post VoIP technologies).

Gadi also served as a VP at Metrocon Communications, an ISP/ASP company (company acquired by Metcomm.Net), and as a Director at Telekol Corporation, a software development company in the VM and speech recognition space (acquired by Nokia Corporation, Finland).

In 2007 Gadi was selected as one of Security Magazine's Influential Leaders in the security industry.

As OnSSI’s VP Of Sales, Mulli Diamant has built a network of Sales Representatives, Distributors and Integrators from both the security and IT arenas. Under his management, OnSSI’s sales team has continued to rapidly grow market share in multiple market segments, with many large, high profile projects, and established OnSSI’s reputation as the market leader in IP Based Video Surveillance.

Mulli Diamant’s experience in Datacomm / Telecomm started in 1980 as a specialist in high speed WAN lines and vocoders. After getting his EE degree in 1988 Mulli focused his attention on the commercial side of the computer and communication  business. In 1999 Mulli joined Dynetrix Corporation as VP of Sales and later was one of the founders of On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI).

As OnSSI’s COO and CFO, Yoav Millet brings his talents and experience in growth and change management enhancing OnSSI’s financial, operational and business strategies as it continues to assert itself as the industry leader in surveillance technology.

For over 20 years, Yoav's career has focused on identifying and monetizing value from IP assets in broad spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to joining OnSSI, Mr. Millet held positions serving as COO at IncentOne; Managing Partner at M-CAM; Senior Managing Director of alseT-IP Structured Finance LLC; and Managing Director for Juno Investments, LLC. Mr. Millet also previously co-led the investment banking activities of Clali & Associates Financial Management (LCF Edmond de Rothschild Group) as well as management positions within various institutional investment companies. Yoav is a CPA and holds dual Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Economics, earned at Tel Aviv University.

Julio has established OnSSI's Technical Services Department as a key service differentiator in the IP video surveillance industry. Julio brings over twenty years of working knowledge in the technology sector. 

Prior to joining OnSSI, Julio was the Director of Technical Services with RAD Data Communication and Vice President of Global Network Operations with Paine Webber Inc. Previously, Julio was Assistant Vice President of International Engineering with Shearson Lehman Hutton.

As Director Sales, North America, Kevin Bradley has developed the OnSSI sales infrastructure required to support our continued growth and leadership in the Intelligent IP Video and Physical Security Information Management market segments. Kevin brings over 22 years of industry experience, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for DigiOP Technologies. In this position, Kevin was instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing the company’s sales and go-to-market strategy.

Prior to this position, Kevin held executive management roles at Detection Systems/Radionics, as Director of Sales and Marketing, and then Bosch (STNA), as Director of Marketing, North America.. Kevin also brings considerable experience from within the Integrator Channel, having managed National Guardian, Southern California, as well as Honeywell branches in both Arizona and California. Kevin holds a BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MS from Roberts Wesleyan College - School of Management.

As Director of Marketing for OnSSI, William Scheckel brings a wealth of experience in social media, branding, marketing communications and public relations strategy. He has worked with many of the world’s leading brands, including SAP, IBM, Shell and Deutsche Bank, as well as with heads of state, start-ups and growing companies around the globe.

For 9 years, he led the marketing strategy agency William Scheckel & Associates, based in Frankfurt , Germany , to win a number of sensitive, high-level projects including the roll-out of Shell.com, crisis control for Deutsche Bank and marketing communications for King Carl Gustav XVI of Sweden . 

Upon returning to the US, he built up marketing and outreach programs at the NJ Division on Civil Rights, Office of the Attorney General for 4 years, then assumed the role of chief of staff of SAP Global Marketing. 

He received his BA from the University of Chicago and his Magister (MA) from Universität Konstanz, Germany.

As Director of Products for OnSSI, Shai Cohen applies his experience as a forward-thinking strategist towards ensuring that OnSSI’s complete product line reflects a true insight of how technology can be applied to effectively and efficiently manage large amounts of video and data.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Cohen has worked in the telecommunications and computer network industries, including extensive experience with customer engagement from initial agreements through field deployment. Prior to joining OnSSI, Mr. Cohen was Vice President of Engineering and Product Development for Dialogic, a leading provider of multimedia and signaling technologies and platforms. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology.

Since the company’s early stages, Ari Robinson has been providing superior technical support to OnSSI’s users and resellers.

As the company expanded its technical support team, Ari’s responsibilities grew to include hiring and training new support team members, implementing customer service policies, and taking a major part in creating OnSSI’s hardware performance testing and benchmarking procedures.

Ari gained his professional experience in the Web hosting industry, and holds a BA in Computer Science from Queens College, NY.
