Software Upgrades under the OnSSI SUP

OnSSI offers, alongside its software products, a Software Upgrade Plan (SUP). The purpose of the SUP is to provide you with lower cost alternative to standard Software upgrades.

SUP coverage can easily be purchased together with most new OnSSI products, but cannot be purchased as an add-on to a previously purchased product. During the period covered by the SUP, customers are entitled to receive all generally-released new versions of their OnSSI software, including both interim and major releases, changes, service packs and any patches for the product. Depending on the product line, OnSSI offers 1, 2 and 3-year SUPs.

Having a valid SUP may easily lead to measurable savings for your organization: The standard cost of a product upgrade (for example from version X.1 to X.2) is normally 35% of the full product’s recommended retail price for a single upgrade; depending on the product, the whole SUP cost per year is much lower then the above single software upgrade, and you will be entitle to receive all upgrades released in the covered period.

Please note that the SUP does not constitute a telephone or on-site support service agreement, nor is it a maintenance contract.

To upgrade your software to the latest revision under the Software Upgrade Plan provisions, please fill in the form below. Note that Interim release updates (e.g. from version 5.6d to 5.6e) do not require filling the form or activating your SUP; in such a case simply download the updated version from the appropriate product's download page. You will need to fill the form below only for major release revisions (indicated by a change in the release number, e.g. from version 5.5 to 5.6).

Note regarding migrating from NetDVMS to Ocularis: once upgraded, additional NetDVMS camera licenses, operating under Ocularis, are priced slightly higher than standalone-NetDVMS camera licenses. More information about migrating from NetDVMS to Ocularis is available here.

IMPORTANT: Once a Software License has been upgraded (e.g. from version 5.6 to 6.0), no changes can be made to the old license, and no cameras can be added nor removed.

In case of licensing a new camera in place of a failed camera, the camera's device license key (DLK) will be issued for the new license.
