OnSSI Names 3D Technology Developer Feeling Software as Verified Technology Partner
OnSSI today announced that Feeling Software of Montreal, Canada has been added to the company’s list of Verified Technology Partners as OnSSI’s first 3D graphic solution provider partner. The designation signifies that Feeling Software’s advanced Omnipresence 3D technology is currently operating in a successful integration solution with OnSSI’s Ocularis Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform. The Omnipresence 3D integrates a 3D facility map of the interior and exterior of a facility with live and archived video feeds to allow monitoring in a more natural way and maximize situational awareness through video.

OnSSI Provides 'After Action Review' for Wartime-Simulated Military Training
San-Diego-based Strategic Operations, Inc. (ST/OPS) chooses OnSSI to provide distributed recording and After Action Review capabilities for its real-life simulated military tactical training. ST/OPS employs Hollywood-style special effects and actors playing enemy combatants, all captured by 30 cameras set up in a simulated Afghan village. Using OnSSI for After Action Review, trainers are able to access video quickly and efficiently to analyze and critique trainees' performance. ST/OPS takes advantage of OnSSI's integration with 360-degree lenses by Immervision for a seamless, all-encompassing field of view, as well as VideoSynopsis by BriefCam, embedded in the Ocularis Client application, for reviewing hours of motion as a minutes-long clip.

Mesa Country Valley, CO School District Expands Its OnSSI System to 25 Sites
Mesa County Valley, in Grand Junction, Colorado, first began using OnSSI's open-architecture, intelligent IP-based video surveillance software five years ago in a test system incorporating 25 cameras at a single middle school. Since then, the K-12 school district has expanded the system to include a total of 256 cameras at 25 sites, all providing images to five video servers using OnSSI software at the district office. The flexibility and scalability of the OnSSI system has facilitated system growth to accommodate the expanding recording needs and available budget of the western Colorado school district that serves 22,000 students and has more than 2,900 staff members.

OnSSI Integrates Ocularis With VideoIQ Analytics-Enabled Cameras
