Gadi Piran, Co-Founder, President and CTO
As On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI) President and CTO, Gadi Piran has successfully brought the company to its current status as a leader in the IP video surveillance market. Under his leadership, the company has ushered in a new era in video surveillance, notable for video and event management software with an unsurpassed level of intelligence and intuition that automates and improves security processes, and leaves them less vulnerable to human error and limitations.
He has described the OnSSI approach to video surveillance software in this way: “As an engineer very familiar with technology that is overly complicated for end users, our team developed a streamlined approach to our software solutions that makes them very easy to use and at the same time delivers well beyond the industry standard in terms of functionality and overall benefits.” His background in data communications and networking products (VP of Technical Services, RAD Data Communications), Voice over IP (VoIP) products (Vice President and later President of Dynetrix Corporation), and VM and speech recognition (Director of Telekol Corporation) were a logical lead up to the next step: the pioneering IP Video Surveillance software innovations for which OnSSI is widely known.
In 2007 Gadi was selected as one of Security Magazine’s Influential Leaders in the security industry.
Mulli Diamant, Co-Founder, VP of Sales
As OnSSI’s VP Of Sales, Mulli Diamant has built a network of Sales Representatives, Distributors and Integrators from both the security and IT arenas. Under his management, OnSSI’s sales team has continued to rapidly grow market share in multiple market segments, with many large, high profile projects, and established OnSSI’s reputation as the market leader in IP Based Video Surveillance.
Mulli Diamant’s experience in Datacomm / Telecomm started in 1980 as a specialist in high speed WAN lines and vocoders. After getting his EE degree in 1988 Mulli focused his attention on the commercial side of the computer and communication business. In 1999 Mulli joined Dynetrix Corporation as VP of Sales and later was one of the founders of On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI).
Julio Montalvo, Director, Technical Services
Julio has established OnSSI's Technical Services Department as a key service differentiator in the IP video surveillance industry. Julio brings over twenty years of working knowledge in the technology sector.
Prior to joining OnSSI, Julio was the Director of Technical Services with RAD Data Communication and Vice President of Global Network Operations with Paine Webber Inc. Previously, Julio was Assistant Vice President of International Engineering with Shearson Lehman Hutton.
Ari Robinson, Manager of Technical Support
Since the company’s early stages, Ari has shown a proven ability to lead his team in supporting thousands of customers under sometimes difficult and dynamic situations. He has led his team in creating and implementing software and hardware performance testing, which has resulted in successful deployments and increased customer satisfaction. He has shown himself adept at managing team members and finding new and creative ways to increase productivity as well working closely with customers and other departments.
Related to video surveillance security he says, “In Tech Support, we thrive on the challenges our customers present to us. Each situation presents another learning opportunity, and helps us refine the tools we use to solve an issue. By maintaining a consistently positive, results oriented approach, we find that not only do we address the issues at hand, but develop solid relationships with our customers in the process.”
Ari gained his professional experience in the Web hosting industry, and holds a BA in Computer Science from Queens College, NY.
