As OnSSI’s VP of Sales, Mulli Diamant has built a network of sales representatives, distributors and integrators from both the security and IT arenas. Under his management, OnSSI’s sales team has continued to rapidly grow market share in multiple market segments, with many large, high profile projects, and established OnSSI’s reputation as the market leader in IP Based Video Surveillance.
Mr. Diamant’s experience in Datacomm / Telecomm started in 1980 as a specialist in high speed WAN lines and vocoders. After getting his EE degree in 1988, Mulli focused his attention on the commercial side of the computer and communication business. In 1999, Mulli joined Dynetrix Corporation as VP of Sales and later was one of the founders of On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI).

Ken LaMarca is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at On-Net Surveillance Systems. Mr. LaMarca has been in this role since May 2013 and is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the company's sales, marketing and operations initiatives. Mr. LaMarca has more than 25 years of industry experience and was formerly at Sony Electronics where he held Vice President/General Manager positions in the Security Systems Division and also the Visual Imaging Division.
Mr. LaMarca is a security industry expert, and is proficient in creating, building and managing successful businesses in this field. He is proficient in networking and/or analog product portfolios, and specializes in industry associations, acquisitions, mergers and building new businesses.

Ramki Sankar oversees OnSSI’s Financial Operations and provides leadership to the business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts. He has over 20 years of international experience in IT and Manufacturing industries, leading financial teams and has worked on financial governance, budgeting, cash and treasury, taxation, financial reporting, corporate mergers and acquisitions, integration, standardization and implementation of financial systems.
Mr. Sankar has held several executive level positions, including 16 years as Vice President of Finance for Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, where he supported the rapid growth of the company by overseeing branches in six countries. Prior to OnSSI, he was Corporate Controller at Aluf Plastics, one of the largest can liners manufactures in the U.S.
Mr. Sankar holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Cost Accountant.

Matt Hanley has joined OnSSI as Director of Sales for North America. Matt has over 27 years of industry experience focused primarily on large-scale video and access control integrated solutions. Prior to joining OnSSI, Matt was a sales leader at Tyco Security Products for 15 years, where he built and managed effective sales and channel teams.

As Director of Business Development for the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), Carlos Puche leads his team in developing opportunities for OnSSI among the growing customer base within the region.
Mr. Puche’s vast experience in the security industry includes sales, business development and project consulting in North America, South America and Europe. He holds a B.A. in Electronic Engineering from Nueva Esparta University of Caracas, Venezuela.

As Director of Marketing, Ms. Gil provides staff leadership and strategic direction on all marketing and communications activities within OnSSI, including product and service promotion, branding, social media, public relations, advertising, Internet marketing, internal communications and industry events.
Ms. Gil has over a decade of business-to-business experience in the electronics industry as Director of Marketing for the Toughbook line of ruggedized computers at Panasonic Corporation and as Segment Marketing Manager at Sony Electronics. Prior to developing and executing marketing plans for global electronics companies, she developed advertising and digital media campaigns for clients including Christie’s Auction House, Revlon, and Lexmark at agencies including Ammirati Puris Lintas, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, and Razorfish Inc.
Ms. Gil graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master in Arts degree in Media & Professional Communications.

Julio Montalvo has established OnSSI's Technical Services Department as a key service differentiator in the IP video surveillance industry. He brings over twenty years of working knowledge in the technology sector.
Prior to joining OnSSI, Mr. Montalvo was the Director of Technical Services with RAD Data Communication and Vice President of Global Network Operations with Paine Webber Inc. Previously, he was the Assistant Vice President of International Engineering with Shearson Lehman Hutton.
As an OnSSI Product Manager, Moshe Levi specializes in market requirements for the company’s current and future product line. He develops and maintains the product roadmap and identifies unique product features for Ocularis video surveillance software.
Prior to joining OnSSI, Mr. Levi worked for Briefcam as the Director of Partner Integration and also for Agent Vi as their Software Development Group Leader. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo, Israel.

As Manager of the Training and Technical Writing departments of OnSSI, Diane Jecker leads OnSSI in educating our customers about the Ocularis product suite. She was instrumental in developing the Ocularis Boot Camp program for our dealers and standardizing the OnSSI dealer certification program. She participates in developing videos for OnSSI’s Video Center and Operator Training and introduces new features to our user population through frequent webinars.
Ms. Jecker holds a B.S. from Montclair State University.

Since the company’s early stages, Ari Robinson has shown a proven ability to lead his team in supporting thousands of customers under sometimes difficult and dynamic situations. He has led his team in creating and implementing software and hardware performance testing, which has resulted in successful deployments and increased customer satisfaction. He has shown himself adept at managing team members and finding new and creative ways to increase productivity as well as working closely with customers and other departments.
Mr. Robinson gained his professional experience in the Web hosting industry, and holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Queens College, NY.

ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum)
ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) is an open industry forum for the development of a global standard for the interface of network video products. ONVIF is committed to the adoption of network video in the security market. The ONVIF specification will ensure interoperability between network video products regardless of manufacturer.
The Physical Security Interoperability Alliance (PSIA)
The Physical Security Interoperability Alliance (PSIA) was founded in February of 2008 with the objective of promoting the interoperability of IP enabled security devices. Participating companies include leaders in the security camera, video management software, access control, system integrator segments of the market.
PSIA is a not-for-profit open industry group which will identify existing and emerging standards relevant to the physical security industry, work to enhance them to support industry requirements, and encourage their adoption by our member companies and the industry. In addition, the group will review and vet specifications that are submitted as open standards.
